Job Description :
- Handling Customer Complaints - Coordinating with the customer ( Auto OEM's ) & internal team for resolution of customer concern.
- Submission of desired documents as per Customer Requirement.
- Frequent interaction and visits to customer.
- FROM AUTOMOTIVE
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Well versed experience in handling Auto OEM's quality complaints.
- Immediate response against any type of Quality Failure at Customer End.
- Awareness of TS: 16949, ISO:9001, ISO:14001, etc.
- Well versed experience on handling OEM-MARUTI
Education :
UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical
