Deputy Manager - Commercial Sales (5-10 yrs)
Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Claim Management - Preparation of monthly incentive schemes along with RSMs, Check eligibility & process claims as per achievements of targets
- Share schemes to Market, Digital team, Zonal office & accounts
- Work with Zonal & Marketing accounts to settle claims
- Handling settlement of Govt incentive on time
- Vendor code creation sales incentive disbursement
- Collection of unconditional NDC from dealers
- Audit & Compliance-
'- Conduct dealer audit as per standard check list & report findings
- Seek clarifications from the concerned on the open points and ensure updation/closure by concerned in the portal
- Ensure statutory compliance for commercial discipline at AO level
- Business Support -
- Order placement in SAP basis Business plan & Stock
- Prepare & Share MIS with ASMs/ RSMs for billing, collection towards LFADs, clearance of outstanding
- Ensure Bank Guarantee renewal for specific dealers in time
- Create receipts in system against TA/ RTGS/ payments etc.
- Dealer Support -
- Respond to dealer for account, sales & commercial queries
- Follow up with DMS, DCM, GST team to address dealer concerns
- Conduct dealer accounts meeting, GST reconciliation meetings
- Share dealer evaluation reports & monthly commercial dashboard
- Stock Management :
- Prepare & share data to initiate liquidation of old stock
- Handling accidental vehicle reporting process till closure
- Coordinate with ASM, HO, ZO & Sales planning team to initiate liquidation process of dead & aged stock
