Reporting to Sr. Manager/ RSM Bus
Experience Profile 3-7 Years
Key Responsibilities - Create understanding/awareness about the new product in the channel and market.
- Lead the dealership team from the front in Strategic and Bulk Deals.
- Study area and customer segments to Collate database/ MIS of customer
- Track prospective company tenders / contracts for generating leads
- Identification of decision making authority in prospect customer and make customized presentation to convert deals
Competencies/ Capabilities Required - Driving Bus Volumes and Market Share in assigned territory through the concerned dealerships in line with the Business Plan.
- Relevant years of experience in Sales & Marketing. From the following industries:
- Commercial Vehicles
- Passenger Vehicles
- Three Wheeler
- Tractor Industry
Must have 60% plus in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG
