Deputy Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (2-6 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Real Estate Industry, site selection criteria and basic legal best practices and compliance with respect to store development
- Knowledge on Market Mapping process in identifying potential sites
- Asset Management
- Networking with key Developers & Landlords
- Maintaining MIS
- Works closely with Operations team of stores on day- to- day basis to proactively understand store issues and resolve roadblocks to enable smooth operations of the store.
- Works on renegotiations, renewals, FOC branding and downsizing of stores
- Working with cross-functional teams to support business goals
Skills Required:
- Strong Negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge on MIS, Excel, and Presentations
- Exceptional strategy and solution-oriented approach
- Passionate Team Player & Self starter

- Internal: Yum BD Teams
- External: Franchisee BD teams and Real Estate Vendors and Partners
