CTC : 2 - 2.34 LPA + Incentives
Location : Bhilai/Bhillai, Bhopal, Bilaspur, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, Jhansi, Raipur, Ujjain, Chindwara, Mandsaur.
No of Openings : 20+
Job Profile :
1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
5. Designing contests & arranging campaigns for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
6. Reporting to the Branch Manager
Desired Candidate Criteria :
1. Any Graduate are welcomed.
2. Must be a localize in City for at least 2 year.
3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.
4. Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities.
5. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network
