Looking for candidates from General Insurance Industry with 5+ years of experience into Agency Sales and having experience into handling a team
Job Details :
Location : Pune (2 Openings)
Shift Timings : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift )
Weekly Working Days : 6 Days
Off Days: : SUN
Note : 2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off
Experience :
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
- Candidates should have experience into agency sales from General Insurance industry only
Job Description :
- Managing a team of 8 to 10 employees, and look after the recruitment of agents through them
- Team will be responsible for recruitment of agent only. Will active the agent and than pass on it to Servicing team.
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
