Deputy Growth Manager - Sales - Mutual Fund/Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Business Development : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth for mutual funds and insurance products, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Client Acquisition : Lead efforts to acquire new clients by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships within the target market segments.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes related to mutual funds and insurance products, and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Target : Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring progress and implementing strategies to overcome challenges and drive results.
- Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Compliances and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to sales practices, client privacy, and data security, mitigating risks and safeguarding the interests of clients and the organization.
- Performance Analysis : Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize sales strategies, and drive business growth.
