Deputy General Manager - Sales - eCommerce (7-13 yrs)
- Developing business in the Branches and supporting for generation of new business. Experience in handling the core E-Commerce Customers.
- Oversee and head the entire gamut of E-commerce Ops - outstanding payments, order fulfillment,
- Provide overall direction and leadership to the E-comm team /customer service/OCC team.
- Ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreements as informed to the customer. Work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery time.
- Liaison with customer relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Help build and implement SOPs.
- Ensure compliance in hub operations and logistics in all areas.
- Liaise with various departments to gain support on customer escalations and resolve operational issues with stipulated time.
- Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve overall process efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify and evaluate the performance of pickup and delivery.
- Execute plans for ensuring availability of first mile & last mile operations.
- Strategic and execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
- Explore opportunities for reducing the overall Cost per Delivery.
