Deputy General Manager - New Equipment Sales - Elevators (14-19 yrs)
Position Responsibilities :
- Managing Large account/ Key Clients for selling of new equipment in western region
- Managing Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Forecasting
- Stakeholder Management, Leadership, Team handling
- Develop and implement appropriate strategies
Experience :
- Min 5+ years of exp in Elevator Industry
- Exposure to various Analysis to increase productivity
- Strong into Back-end Analysis (Market/ Forecasting/ Competitor)
- Excellent relationship skills and strong customer and business focus.
- People Management, Team player.
- Strong customer focus and results orientated with the ability to deliver results.
- Strong change management skills and able to lead and initiate change within the business adapting approaches to deliver expected benefits.
- Skilled at building shared vision.
- Exposure into Selling of New equipment & managing Key Accounts/ Clients
Qualification :
- BE/B.Tech with Post graduate/MBA degree in Operations.
