Deputy General Manager - Marketing - Search Engine Optimization & Growth Hacking (6-8 yrs)
This role is to Lead on digital transformation, ensuring we are maximizing the opportunities that digital presents, Measure and optimize projects, reporting results and assessing the growth prospects of all digital channels across all the business verticals of Trakinvest.
Competencies Required :
- Relevant university degree in Marketing and Communication
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in performance-driven marketing, increase the traffic in a crazy way, work experience with agencies would be preferred.
- Varied experience with growth projects, ideally in Education sector, putting the user at the centre of growth and strategy.
- Proven track record of commissioning and overseeing the growth and development of an organisation's website, and of managing all aspects from concept through to brief, specification, tendering, design, build, testing, and launch.
- Good knowledge of search ranking and optimizations factors and key algorithm updates.
- Experienced in monitoring, evaluating, and implementing change, based on data and user evaluation and analysis.
- Proficient in working with SEO Tools/Google Analytics.
- Self-starter with a curious nature and a drive to continuously improve.
- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic work attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to take over additional tasks as and when they arise.
- Maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Experience with Paid Social media is a plus.
