Deputy General Manager/Business Lead - Market Place - Luggage (7-15 yrs)
We are having urgent opening for the position of DGM (Brand Management & D2C) for one of our Life Style (Luggage) Brand in Mumbai.
Position Details :
Organization : Life Style (Luggage) Brand
Designation : DGM (Brand Management & D2C)
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Around 7 to 15 Years of experience in D2C website and platform channels for Luggage, Backpack or FMCD Companies.
Salary : As per the Industry
Role & Responsibilities :
- Build the mid & long-term strategy for the brand on the D2C website and platform channels.
- Creating and Implementing Annual Business Plan for the D2C Channel with full ownership of P&L.
- Drive P&L through consumer acquisition, retention and growth of business with a focus on product, marketing and a seamless customer experience.
- Should be able to create effective marketing programs across D2C and Platform channels to ensure high visibility while optimizing costs.
- Drive the day-to-day operations of the brand across all functions - Marketing, Product, Digital Marketing, Tech Partners, Supply Chain and CRM.
Expectations :
- Independently built a D2C business from scratch to a scaled up profitable level.
- Proficient in managing data, and leveraging insights to drive penetration.
- Should have managed categories and executed in price dynamic environment.
- Ideal candidate would be someone who has handled product and brand promotions with an ability to maximize returns while optimizing costs.
