Deputy Development Manager/Officer - Sales - Agency Channel - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are hiring Deputy Agency Channel Development Manager/Officer, Who have best of knowledge in sales & marketing field and - ready for team work
Among their responsibilities are :
- Identifying, Recruiting, and managing advisors from the relevant location; and Responsible for the management and recruitment of Agents.
- Motivate and train advisers so they can explain the market and products better.
- Evaluate the performance of the agents and assist them in generating the most sales.
- Meet with customers frequently to maintain standards
- Sales strategy executive Increase market research and penetration through market segmentation, find new clients, and boost sales.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The applicant must be a graduate.
- Knowing the team leader the best having the finest capacity for multitasking and having persuasive and good communication skills
- Candidate with a minimum of two years- experience in sales and marketing
- Candidates for higher positions must have at least two years of BFSI sector experience.
