Deputy Channel Development Manager - Life Insurance (4-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Recruit /Train FCs and advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Personal Attributes & Competencies :
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Threshold Criteria :
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
Educational Qualification Any graduation
- Min 4 years experience in the Insurance Domain
- Should have earned incentive in the last 6 months
- Should have got one promotion in last 3 years
SALARY 3 Lac to 4.50 Lac - Per Annum
