CTC: 3.5 LAC TO 5 LAC p.a + Incentives, Allowances.
Job Description:
DCDMs are managers leading the financial couseller (FC) team, and are responsible for developing and generating business through the FCs.
A leadership role :
- Recruit /train FC and advisors.
- Help Advisors and FC"s with Career Progression.
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Sell policies directly and indirectly
- Counseling and motivating the advisors
- Responsible for assigning and finalizing targets, monitor and review periodically
- Involves field sales, Generate leads
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Drive activities for key business drivers.
- Meeting customer directly and trying to close the business
- Maintain long term relationship with customers.
- FC recruitment incentives, FC development incentives.
- Business target achievement incentives.
- Quarterly and yearly contests apart from the business incentives.
EXP : Min 3+ years experience in the Insurance Domain
Qualification - Graduation is Must
