Deputy Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
As part of the agency channel team, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with client-side marketing managers, agency owners, and brand representatives in order to grow and expand the reach of the agency channel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential new clients and develop relationships with them
- Understand customer needs and objectives and proactively suggest solutions
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Prepare written presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Monitor and assess competitive marketplace activities
- Provide consultation on brand strategies, tactics, and objectives
- Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage client accounts on a day-to-day basis
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal departments
- Monitor client feedback to ensure a positive customer experience
- Constantly seek new ways to improve processes and customer service
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or any field
- Three to five years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Unmatched creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge and understanding of the latest marketing trends and best practices
