Deputy Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Task prerequisites:
- Take charge of a team of 10- 12 front-line employees and help them reach their monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Align team members with the organisational goals for both business and people.
- Take part in fieldwork projects in a group to support the chosen team and advisors.
- Encourage front-line managers and a group of advisers to have a long and successful career.
- Assemble a team of managers for the unit, development, and agency (Front line employees)
- Have regular meetings to foster the growth of the team.
- Start lead generation initiatives to help the selected team engage in need-based selling and achieve quality and profitable growth.
- Explore new revenue streams and market share opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC - up to 5.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
