Depo Business Development Manager
Key Performance Area (KRA) :
- Business Generation : Business development / Revenue generation through B2B & B2C sales for Frozen Food Products.
- System and Process : Conceptualise, develop and execute systems and process, i.e. working norms, review mechanism, sales analysis, market intelligence, competitive analysis etc.
- Strategic Business Direction : Marketing, Strategic business direction, Brand building, Business promotion
- Internal Collaboration : Collaborate with core team and internal stake holders for develop and implement standard operating procedure.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Business Generation
- Responsible for identifying, developing and executing new sales opportunities through your customer network or through identifying potential opportunities,
- Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast
- Define Customer Profile by identifying and understanding the market of the region
- Create Database of customers
- Establish direction (customer segments, products, and initiatives)
- Develop & implement self-management System & processes for new business development efforts,
- Organise business into manageable units, establish business priority & align resources / efforts accordingly.
- Define business context & direction for Customised business to better leverage efforts & synergies between the 2 business streams,
- Define & drive Service & performance culture to deliver distinct value for the customer.
