Depioneer Holidays - Executive - Telecalling (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to sell immigration services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients interested in immigration services.
- Identify and understand the needs of clients to recommend suitable immigration solutions.
- Provide detailed information about services offered, including visa assistance, legal advice, and other immigration-related services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
