Department Manager - Store Sales - Food/Retail (1-6 yrs)
We are hiring for a premium food retail client in Mumbai. They have chain of stores across India. They are hiring only hotel management graduates for the above mentioned role.
Roles and responsibilities :
A) Managing department of the store
B) Responsible for department store sales target
C) Training and coaching team under the department
D) Store / product display as per defined SOP
E) Helping in speedy billing by training team members
F) Control on Shrink and DAD of the store
G) Sampling in the store as per defined process
H) Best in class customer service. Team is trained to give best in class customer service.
