Job Profile
1.Order taking and JSO Management :
- Taking orders at Bigger GT and Wholesale outlets and reporting on sales volumes and outlet potential
- Push SKUs not currently being ordered
- Manage the JSO and Distributor. Training of JSO and Distributor on company policies.
- Responsible for Area Target and KPIs
2. Merchandising and Promotion :
- Advice clients on promotions, prices and schemes
- Instore Execution of POP, Promotion, Shelve Management
3. Distributor Management :
- Handling of Distributor Stocks, Sales and Claims
- Management of Distributor ROI
4. Other :
- Problem solving
- Reporting of Distributor, Outlet and SKU Data - Monthly and Weekly
- Business development

Desired Profile - Graduate / MBA (Sales / Marketing) with 3 to 6 years- experience in related field.
- FMCG candidates only.
- General Trade Sales Experienced in FMCG Industry is mandatory
- Leadership ability / potential to be groomed into a functional and/or business leader over time.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Should have good geographical knowledge.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and presentable.
Office Timing - 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off - All Sunday (Weekly Off)
