Job Title: Sales Officer, Waldent
Experience: 2 years
Role & Responsibilities :
- Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, to identify and target potential clients.
- Set up and manage daily meetings with prospective clients.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business and product requirements.
- Provide comprehensive information about our product offerings and their benefits to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and pitch tailored product solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed insights.
- Continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B.D.S., or B.Sc. qualifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience as a marketing representative in pharma sales is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dental products and equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages.
