Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing and nurturing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and email c ampaigns.

- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.

Customer Engagement:

- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Sales Strategy Execution:

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.

- Present products effectively to clients, highlighting their value propositions.

Customer Retention:

- Focus on customer retention by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and partners to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
