As the Sales Manager (Corporate Services), you will be responsible for driving growth in our corporate services division. Your primary focus will be to identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, understand their transportation needs, and negotiate and close contracts for car services tailored to their employees, including ETS and spot rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Prospect and identify potential corporate clients who require car services for their employees.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the corporate customer base.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique transportation requirements.

- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Customized Solutions:

- Collaborate with the operations team to design customized car service solutions that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.

- Provide detailed proposals and presentations to clients showcasing the benefits of our services.

Negotiation and Contract Closure:

- Lead negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.

- Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are accurately documented.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and sales activities.

- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress toward targets

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.

- Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the transportation or car rental industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.

- Familiarity with corporate transportation and Employee Transportation Services (ETS) is a plus.
