Job Description :
1.) Over deliver leads target for respective clients
2.) Built up Motivated, High Performance sales team.
3.) Hands on, problem solving approach and drive a culture for same.
4.) Analysis of performance for various programs and make a strategy to over deliver
5.) Capacity planning for new programs and maintain a healthy headcount pipeline for same.
6.) Having a good white space data base strategy to provide accurate and relevant data for calling.
7.) Coaching the TLs to enable them to coach ISRs to become best Inside Sales Representatives.
8.) Give thought leadership to enabling functions like training, MIS, DBMS, Quality etc. .
Skills Required: -
1.) 3-5 years of experience of Managing an Inside Sales Team for India Market.
2.) Exposure to IT - Hardware/Software Sales
3.) Hiring: - Should be able to articulate the skill set required for a program and should be able to hire the same
4.) Performance: Should have good analytical skills and Process Improvement exposure resulting into higher revenue. Excellent performance review skills to keep all programs ahead of delivery curve.
5.) Command Skill - Able to drive the performance through team of TLs, should be able to articulate the strategy, implement the same. Should be able to Rally the bigger teams together and keep them sharp and motivated.
6.) Should be able to decipher the process capability and define the productivity accordingly.
7.) Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to have an effective communication with clients.
8.) Exposure to Create/Manager white space (large) database to support Tele sales teams
