Denave - Account Manager - Telesales - ERP Sales (2-6 yrs)
- Acting as TAM - end to end Lead Management & Reporting
- Managing Lead Gen agency end to end along with Database (Internal/External)
- Tele-calling for fixing appointments in Large Enterprises
- Lead Identification, qualification, nurturing and allocation to channel
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Liaison with Sales/Channel teams/ & Feet-on-Street teams for end to end program management
- Regular Communication to customer/partners in form of newsletters, EDMs, Webinars etc (pls note all creative designing and creation will not be the responsibility of VAM)
Technical/ Behavioral Skills Must have:
- Awareness and knowledge within IT industry (Software Products). Should have sold ERP solutions in the past.
- Experience of outbound calling in International markets.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
- Must have excellent account management skills including office administration and internal communications
