Job description :
- We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
- As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
- Being the face of DEMENEW in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.
Responsibilities :
1. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
2. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
3. Learn details about our product and service offerings.
4. Address any questions or issues customers may have, communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need and offer solutions.
5. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed.
6. Update the customer database & interaction records (calls, emails, messages)
7. Measure identified KPIs & always strive towards meeting sales quota
8. Submit reports to the reporting manager.
9. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
10. Go the - extra mile- to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.

4. Good customer service skills, cool-tempered and able to handle different types of communication.
5. Able to multitask & a good team player
6. Interested in technology development, and industry updates.
7. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
8. Excellent speaking, reading & writing skills in English, Hindi & a regional language.
9. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
