Key responsibilities areas :
- Meeting Doctors & promoting Company's Products, Product availability & tracking at Chemist, Meeting Distributors & wholesalers
Technical Proficiency :
- Disease and Therapy Knowledge: Should know about the disease, the current trends and advancement in science across the world through Research papers.
- Product knowledge: Clear understanding on how and why is our product superior / better than competition OR caters to a - Patient Centric- approach
- Application of the above points for generating business is the real skill
Using company tools, processes and procedures
- Mastery on in-chamber dialogue process
- Drives the message effectively through the visual aid / medical literature / inputs
- Coverage and frequency as per the organisation's norms
- Generates desired ROI from activities
Relationship Building for personal benefits
- Customer Management and Customer Relationship
- Relationships with retailers (stockists and distributors), strong pre-call analysis and therefore delivery of an impactful, effective and customised message in-chamber
- Increasing new Prescribers and increased returns from existing prescribers expanding the indication and increasing the overall usage of the bra
- Competitor knowledge
