Demand Manager - HR Tech (5-8 yrs)

As a Demand Manager for our Diversity Platform, you will play a key role in driving demand generation, engagement, and client acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities that support the growth of the platform. This position requires a strong understanding of the diversity and inclusion landscape, especially regarding women in the workforce, and a proactive approach to expanding the platform's reach.

Key Responsibilities :

Demand Generation Strategy :

- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to increase awareness and drive lead generation for the platform.

- Identify and target potential client segments such as companies focused on gender diversity, CSR initiatives, or looking to increase women's representation in the workforce.

- Leverage a mix of channels including digital marketing, events, webinars, partnerships, and direct outreach to generate demand.

Market Research & Insights :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities related to diversity hiring and workforce inclusion.

- Develop customer personas and map out demand funnels based on insights about the target audience.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the HR, recruitment, and diversity space to align the platform with market needs.

Lead Generation & Management :

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

- Use CRM tools to track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients to create demand and partnerships.

Collaboration with Marketing & Sales :

- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that resonate with potential clients and support demand generation goals.

- Support the sales team by providing data-driven insights, lead intelligence, and feedback on prospect engagement.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership :

- Contribute to the development of content such as blogs, white-papers, webinars, and case studies that showcase the platform's value and thought leadership in the diversity space.

- Assist in creating materials for demand generation campaigns, including presentations, brochures, and other sales enablement tools.

Event & Partnership Management :

- Identify and manage opportunities for industry partnerships, speaking engagements, and events to create demand for the platform.

- Organize and attend industry-specific events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the platform and generate leads.

Key Requirements :

Experience & Expertise :

- 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, business development, or marketing, preferably in the HR tech or diversity/inclusion space.

- Proven track record in managing demand generation campaigns and strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.

- Strong understanding of diversity hiring practices and corporate diversity initiatives.

Skills :

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategies and drive decision-making.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and demand generation tools.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
