Demand/Lead Generation Role - Research Services (0-1 yrs)
Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales & Research Trainee to join our team for a six-month program.
This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both sales and research within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in creating and delivering engaging sales pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and analyze data for sales strategies.
- Aid in the development and execution of outreach campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client information.
Education & Experience :
- Graduation is a must.
- A passion for sales, research, and a desire to build a career in these fields.
- Proficiency in office applications (MS or Google suite; very familiar with prospecting via LinkedIn & using its addons)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques or willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High on the learnability quotient.
