Demand / Lead Generation Specialist

Target Market : 1st Phase - APAC Including India, 2nd Phase - Add mature markets as we grow.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build, execute, and scale up the high-performance ABM/lead generation program.
- Research and identify the multiple contacts/ideal personas/target audiences from a defined set of accounts
- Profile the prospects and gather account/contact intelligence
- Work with the sales and marketing team to create the ideal email/tele-pitch for an effective outreach
- Nurture the relations from a sales/marketing engagement point of view
- Necessary understanding of the company, our products/services, domain expertise, and business success stories will be provided during training
- Maintain a deep understanding of positioning, key value propositions, and messaging
- Has to successfully engage target accounts by moving them effectively through the buyer's journey
Job Description :
- Research on the market and competition will come in handy to make a unique pitch
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, email marketing, tele-prospecting or other effective methods are desirable
- Should generate a minimum of 8-10 qualified appointments/ per month
- Quality of appointments will be desirable over quantity.
- To meet & exceed demand generation goals with time and experience
- Report the campaign progress on a weekly/monthly basis to the sales & marketing stakeholders
Candidate Profile :
- 5-8 Years of experience in lead generation/appointment setting/tele-prospecting campaigns
- Has maintained a stellar performance record in the past organizations
- Experience working with a B2B, SaaS company, technology selling is preferred
- Previous experience in selling Predictive Maintenance/Machine diagnostics solutions is preferred [Not mandatory]
- Education- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
- Understanding of attribution and demand generation techniques
- Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists
- Familiarity with the technical sales cycle, nurturing leads and driving adoption
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English are a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
