Deltic - National Sales Head (8-20 yrs)
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Work with different Regional/Zonal/ Area Sales Manager to ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management-Building relationships and retention
- Identify, assist in appointment and management of Dealerships across whole of assigned region
- Create and manage Banks and Insurance tie-ups
- Monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability
- Initiate marketing programs/ BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region
- Ensuring all reporting systems and processes are set and adhered to all times
- Set targets for sales team and coordinates with team leaders to achieve required market share
- Provide research, communications and strategy-related expertise to the sales team
- Conceptualize and implement marketing strategy
- Identify, convert and execute Government/Institutional orders/tenders
- Report on Dealer performance, market shares, market information, sales forecast, competitor performance, RTO approvals, application matrix, financier matrix and team productivity
- Maintains sales volume, selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Ensure Inventory and Stock Management at dealer/sub-dealer points
- Making and implementing Marketing & Sales strategies at block level
