Job Description:

- Identification, appointment and management of Dealerships across all districts of the assigned area

- Maintain Banks and Insurance tie-ups across the state

- Oversee customer service checkpoints and measures

- Monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability

- Ensure the implementation and conformation of company guidelines and norms at dealership level

- Initiate marketing programs/ BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region

- Identify, convert and execute Government/Institutional orders/tenders

- Follow-up with HO and ensure timely execution of customer orders with factory's help

- Ensure Payment and C form collection as per company's payment policy.

- Plan and forecast material requirement on a monthly basis for the next 3 months

- Report on Dealer performance, market shares, market information, sales forecast, competitor performance, RTO approvals, application matrix, financier matrix and productivity

- Ensure Inventory and Stock Management at dealer/sub-dealer points

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information

- Strong operational and marketing skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills including expertise on the regional language

- Proficiency in MS office

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
