DeltaX is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its Customer Support/Success team. In this role, you will work across multiple processes based on live projects, including customer support via email, chats, calls, pre-sales support, telecalling, and other miscellaneous reporting tasks.

You will be responsible for developing subject matter expertise on the process and ensuring the timely delivery of tasks to the highest standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

- Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport, identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.

- Reviewing requirements, identifying support mechanisms, and taking a consultative approach to help partners overcome challenges and achieve goals

- Managing day-to-day requests and leading calls with partners to understand requirements

- Driving product adoption and focusing on month-on-month activation

- Providing extensive customer support through emails, chats, and calls

- Handling inbound and outbound calls

- Reporting and Analysis

- Presentation Creation

- Timely delivery of tasks with highest standards
