About the work from home job/ internship :
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Understanding our products
2. Creating a list of potential clients
3. Calling and scheduling demos with clients

Additional Information :
1. Stipend structure (Incentives): This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sale).
2. Internship followed by the full time job: As this is a full time three months internship followed by the job, company will hire some top performer and those who will complete three months internship and depending upon their performance, dedication to the works etc.
