Job Description:
Required: FMCG industry
1. We are a gourmet dairy based product brand having the requirement in sales as a sales executive who must be able to handle the GT stores and as well as selected retail stores, involving institutional sales as well.
2. Strong retailer base, generating sales and achieving month sales target.
3. Opening new retail outlets.
4. Focussing on visual merchandising and keeping and maintaining the sales and keeping a record of number of productive outlets per month.
5. Responsible for sales, market exploration and business development.
6. Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
7. Meeting with the retailers, discuss the issue regarding the products & supply.
8. Maintain positive business and retailer relationships in the effort to extend retailer lifetime value.
9. Direct reporting to the manager.
10. Check performance, merchandising, visibility, POP, promotion plans with retailers, secondary schemes for retailers.
11. Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
12. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
