- Position: Head of Social Media
- Location: Mumbai
- Reports to: Chairman & Managing Director
- Experience Required: 8-10 years (preferably from a digital marketing and luxury brand background)
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create, curate, and manage high-quality social media content that fosters engagement and builds an interactive relationship between consumers and the brand.
- Content Management: Oversee and maintain a cohesive content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, voice, and marketing objectives.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate the brand presence and drive consumer engagement in alignment with corporate marketing goals.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation of impactful social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to support brand and business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee analytics and performance metrics across platforms, providing monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Engagement & Community Building: Guide the team in managing social media platforms, ensuring engaging, constructive, and timely interactions with users to foster brand loyalty.
- Customer Feedback: Develop strategies to identify, encourage, and manage online customer reviews and testimonials to enhance brand credibility.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing social media team, ensuring alignment with the company's luxury ethos and objectives.
- Optimization & Growth: Evaluate the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and recommend necessary enhancements to align with changing digital trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury or premium brand segments.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, analytics, and content creation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a keen understanding of the luxury market.
