- As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of such Inside Sales Professionals who are responsible for selling Dell Technologies- products. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against defined targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, this role is also expected to create and execute specific sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership of Inside Sales team responsible for the growth of Dell Technologies portfolio - improving revenue, margin, coverage, productivity and portfolio expansion; Manage a team or multiple teams of sales reps/ Could be a second level manager

- Inside sales leader for a business vertical Delivers revenue, margin, operating expense (OPEX) and productivity targets each quarter based on plan. Drive sales & sales promotion strategies for creating revenues from different types of customers across industries and relationship cycles.

- Execute people agenda - training, career development & progression, community services, diversity. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members and transactional and relationship focused

- Trains and develops senior sales reps, may train junior managers. May have international responsibility. Sets Goals for inside team with focus on vertical/business. Motivate and drive the Inside Sales organization to meet and exceed their performance goals

- Collaborates with cross functional teams and drives business process improvement efforts and carries a high complexity and revenue responsibility in a segment/vertical

- Have a solid understanding of the market in which Dell Technologies operates, including our business/industry and our competitors. Works internally to solve complex business issues. Help the team shape deals with complex pricing and competitive assessments. Partners with Marketing to increase segment sales growth and expand market share

Essential Requirements :

- 8 to 12 years of relevant sales experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years in a management/leadership role managing teams of individual contributors

- Demonstrated track record in delivering sales results

- Ability to communicate strategic vision of Dell

- Strong leadership skills that can be used to translate strategic direction into results. Sharp business acumen, entrepreneur spirit and experiences desirable. Acumen for storytelling, presentation, and visioning.
