Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for the company's services, driving revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Development: Identify potential clients (retailers, e-commerce, time-sensitive industries), create sales strategies, and conduct market research.

- Client Management: Build long-term relationships, provide tailored delivery solutions, and conduct regular reviews for upselling opportunities.

- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts and SLAs, and achieve sales targets.

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service-level agreements are met and monitor performance metrics.

- Market Expansion: Explore new markets, stay updated on industry trends, and propose innovative solutions.

- Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and provide accurate forecasts.

- Customer Service: Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

- 0-2 years B2B sales experience (logistics preferred).

- Strong negotiation, CRM, and communication skills.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Customer-focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
