Manager - Business Development
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving and exceeding sales targets and establishing client relationship with new and existing clients.
- Identify market opportunities, develop marketing plans and design sales strategies to generate sales through local ground force by ensuring high conversion.
- Responsible for handling complete sales cycle from lead generation till conversion of the deal.
- Manage, maintain and deepen key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing payment collections from assigned clients and help in resolving their day to day queries/escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
- Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management.
- Should travel intra-city/inter-city on monthly basis as per business needs.
Education & Work Experience :
- Graduate (Any), MBA
- 4 - 6 years of work experience as in individual contributor towards the growth of the company/business
- Hands on experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of developing sustainable client relationship and strong performance of sales on field
- Candidates with the following experiences would be preferred :
- Working experience in a start-up is a plus
- First hand experience of fast/ aggressive scaling up

- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to attend meetings
