Profile:
To Manage and Build the business with small and medium clients
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and maintain relationship with Manager/GM/CXO of small and medium companies for B2C ecommerce portfolio
- Grow SOW of existing accounts
- Head Customer service for all small and medium business accounts
- Regular business review with the accounts and focusing on value growth areas for the Business.
- Manage entire payment reconciliation process with coordination from various teams
- Interact with client, understand their pain points and deliver customized solutions
Team Responsibilities :
- Manage and groom a 20 plus member team to ensure the KRA are met for entire team.
People and performance Management:
- Handle logistics escalations and work upon solutions
- Handle Seller escalations with focus on permanent solution to issues highlighted
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for prompt shipment deliveries
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service Management
- Data Analytics
- Experience in People Management
- Proficiency in Ms Excel, PowerPoint
