Delhivery - Manager - Business Development (2-12 yrs)
What You will Do :
- Category Management : Own a Subcategory ( Consumer Durables, Consumer Appliances, FMCG, Fashion, Apparels, Home and Decor etc) and drive growth of business for the category and transform key existing clients into a End to End client
- Build Pipeline to meet an Annual target of 20Cr
- Create a strong sales funnel of a subcategory of the vertical and initiate conversations with SCM leadership that ultimately transforms into an E2E Client for the company
Relationship Management : Develop deep and long standing relationships with the clients of a Subcategory of the vertical- to drive relationships to transform from a transactional business relationship into a strategic one
Build Solutions :
- Work with multiple stakeholders in the company (Product, Operations, Commercial, Business heads) to build Winning proposal for clients
Travel : This role will involve traveling to Customer warehouses, factories to understand operations on ground and also arrange client visits to Showcase Delhivery's Infrastructure.
What we are looking for :
Education PGDM : From tier1 College
Functional Skills Must Have :
- Consultative solution selling Experience preferably would have sold Warehousing solutions.
- High Level Understanding around companies supply chain models and should be able to articulate the requirement well.
- Good with sales funnel management & Have a target driven mindset.
- Should have worked on warehouse and transport Solution
- Good with Data Analytics : must be able to comprehend raw data and synthesize Solutions involving manpower requirements, Space requirements.
- Understand client problem statements and work on data sets to propose cost effective supply chain solutions
Good to Have :
- Supply chain design experience
- Understanding of supply chain tools or Auto-cad design experience.
- Preferred candidates with exp in 3PL, Solution design, Consulting, Solution design/Projects.
Experience : 2+ Year
Behavioral Skills :
- Good communicator with stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel extensively
