Delhivery - Key Account Manager (4-8 yrs)
Position:- Key Account Manager
Responsibilities :
- Diligently handling a dedicated portfolio of key accounts and onboarding new customer
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and sales
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders, build a complete understanding of the client's needs & expectations
- Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
- Resolving client's key issues and complaints, driving solutions and timelines
- Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders of the DLV
- Understanding account margins, costs, revenue.
- Improving account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
- Track Services offered and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
- Plan and implement ideas to improve operational efficiency
- Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and weekly, monthly & quarterly initiatives
Critical Skills :
- Data Specialist Compiling, Analyzing, and Reporting sales/performance data
- Interpret complex data and develop impactful presentations for senior management
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Powerpoint, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders within the business on key sales requirements.
