Delhivery is hiring for Manager / Sr. Associate - Business Development
Location: Mumbai & Pune
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Required Candidate profile :
1. Minimum 3 years experience in B2B Sales (Lead generation & Client Onboarding).
2. Understanding and past experience of the logistics industry.
3. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to connect with multiple groups/people daily.
4. Understanding of the regional geographies and the seasonality trends of the region .
5. Basic MS Office Knowledge.
6. Willingness to travel, problem solving skills, high ownership.
