Your role & responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects.
- Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development (Lead identification and generation)
- Talk to influencers and decision makers of the organization
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
- Setting up online demo meeting and face to face meetings
- Coordinate with the Technical team to schedule pre-sales discussion/demos, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team and tech team.
- Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services
- Provide product information to prospective customers
- Handling customer queries and provides the support
- Develop an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects
- Customer on-boarding. Client support, nurturing and success
Qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience of selling SaaS products or platform based tools across US, EMEA, Australia preferred
- MBA/B. Tech and interested in Business Development
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
