DEFTeam Solutions - Manager - Business Development (9-15 yrs)
We are looking for BDM/Sr BDM who has good exposure selling in IT cloud-based Services/Solutions and Analytics and should be aligned with the organization goals.
Qualification: MBA (Specialization with Marketing and Sales/IT)
Responsibilities:
- Must have min of 5 years of Exposure to international market, predominantly USA
- Experience in selling solutions (Data Services, Analytics, Data Engineering, and SaaS)
- Exposure to B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in lead generation to closure.
- Develop and implement sales strategy, report sales metrics, manage the sales process (lead generation, closing).
- You will report directly to the CEO, in filling up the pipeline, qualifying and developing new opportunities.
- Responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects.
- Provide closed- loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
