Define Builtwell - Vice President - Sales (6-10 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Driving sales initiative to achieve business goals & managing frontline sales team and be accountable for increasing sales growth.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Intermediates negotiate processes, consult clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and results - oriented team culture.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience required in the Real Estate Sales.
- Previous work experience should be in Gurgaon location will be preferable.
- Having own Sales team is advantage.
