Define Builtwell - General Manager - Sales (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales process building relationship with potential buyer and ensuring smooth transaction.
- Generate leads through calls, Networking, referrals.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable property solutions
- Negotiate price, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Stay update on market trends, property values and new project launches.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualification:
- Person should have minimum 3 years of exp in Real Estate Sales only.
- Gurgaon Location will be preferable.
- Previous work experience into Real Estate Sales only.
- Having own Sales Team is Advantage.
