Salary package :- 2lc up to 8lc per Annum
Location: Noida
Key Responsibility area :
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base and generating leads through Calls /Emails and identifying customer's investment solutions and offering real state products.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area and should be able to work with a team.
- Report on sales activities to top management and developing sales strategies.
- Making follow up calls to confirm sales and Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation and sales closing.
Desired Profile :-
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Confident with good convincing skills.
- Zeal for marketing with positive attitude.
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
