Job Description :
- Make us channel/ business partners to various fin tech companies in India
- We are looking for a highly driven, rock star SALES HEAD whose networked and has contact database of large number of Field Executives and personal loan,home loan, business loan, unsecured loan,loans against property customer.
- We are looking for someone to build a company ground up and is passionate about re-imagining the fin tech platform
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing personal loan sales and managing Field executives, while taking accountability for reaching targets on both hiring Sales executives and reaching target revenue.
- You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.

- Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run
Requirements :
- Minimum 4-5 years, exposure to Personal Loan,Home Loan,Business Loan,Unsecured Loan,Loan Against Property.
- Demonstrate knowledge in our area of sales. Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Passion towards building a large consumer fin-tech business
- Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fin-tech Industry
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to drive customer centrality in the team.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Guide sales force to arrive at optimal team structure and composition. Ensure that the team are motivated towards work and are at their optimal productivity level.
- Collaborate & work closely with Business teams. Understand the short term and long term needs of the business and plan ahead for any resourcing needs.
- Help prioritize the goals for the functional unit within the organisation. Set both short term and long term goals for the teams individually and together.
- Work with other business leaders & contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company. Unlock opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organisational units.
- Be responsible for growing sales team and individual contributors in your team. Provide constant and constructive feedback to the managers.
- Promote the top performers, offer them opportunities to grow, ensure they are prepared for bigger roles.
- Be a role model for all the sales managers and heads in your team
- Participate in building the most advanced Lending platform and future of payment with the largest fin-tech in India
- Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve the same.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives.
Qualification :
- Master's degree in marketing, business management, business
- Other skills Exceptional written/oral communication skills
- Experience developing sales strategies, tactics, and performance metrics
- Advanced computer application skills such as Microsoft

Qualification :
- Master's degree in marketing, business management, business
- CTC- 6 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum
