Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management :
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics.
3. Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising.
4. Email Marketing :
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Segment email lists based on audience characteristics and engagement levels.
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements.
5. Analytics and Reporting :
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing channels.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
6. - Content Creation :
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant digital content.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across digital channels.
- Adapt content for various platforms and target audiences.
7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends :
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media management and advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
